When you order a product from Roaring Stag Roasters, PayPay and Stripe our secure payment service provider, needs to collect certain information from you; your name, your email address, the delivery address, your phone number and your credit or debit card information. This information is then used by our secure payment to process your order and it allows us to contact you to notify you of the status of your order if necessary.
When you place an order online you are connected to a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input which means that any sensitive information such as your credit or debit card details cannot be intercepted or seen by anyone except our Payment Service Provider.
Roaring Stag Coffee Roasters never sees your card details. We are notified by e-mail when you place an order and are informed when your payment has been authorised by your bank.
Cancelling or changing you order
nce you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number via email confirmation, please quote the order number in any further communications.
If you wish to cancel your order, providing it has not already been dispatched, we will simply refund your money. It is important that you notify us as quickly as possible - please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 013397 56200. Cancelled orders will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellations.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Similarly, if you wish to amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Again this will only be possible if your order has not already been dispatched.
Deliveries are free of charge on orders over £10. Orders under £10 are charged at a flat rate of £2.50. All deliveries are sent out withing 3 days of ordering - if there is a delay you will be notified by email. We use UK Mail and Royal Mail. We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g. problems obtaining authorisation for your payment) and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Delivery is for the UK only - please contact us for delivery overseas.

Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 7 days from the day after receipt of the goods or services. We will endeavour to deal with any refunds in a prompt manner. We will issue refunds to the debit/credit card used to place the order.
Returned good must be returned in the same condition as they were when they were delivered until such time as the goods or services are either collected by us or delivered back to us by you.
To return any items, e-mail us at email@example.com quoting your order number. The items should then be returned by an agreed delivery method.
We cannot cover return postage costs. Items should be returned to us by Recorded Delivery or equivalent service. You may obtain a proof of posting at any post office, this is free of charge.
