Typically delivery takes 1-3 working days to arrive. Order Processing cut off time: Monday - Friday 14:00. Orders arriving before 14:00 on a workday will be processed and shipped same day. Orders arriving after 14:00 will be processed and shipped on the following workday. All weekend or public holiday orders will be processed and handled on the next workday.

Keep your coffee in a cool, dark place, away from heat and sunlight. Reseal your coffee to maintain its freshness.

When stored properly and kept dry, coffee doesn’t spoil. However, we suggest enjoying your coffee as soon as possible after it arrives for the best experience.

Whole Beans: For those who prefer to grind their own coffee. We strongly recommend investing in a grinder and ordering whole beans to grind fresh just before brewing. Cafetiere: Ideal for French press/cafetiere and cold brew methods. Filter Grind: Suitable for any drip or pour-over brewing, as well as stove top. Espresso Grind: For espresso machines.

No person is the same when it comes to coffee. Some prefer light fruity roasts where others enjoy dark, bold smoky roasts. We offer something for everyone. As a guide, we have the bean strength diagram on our bags. Ranging from 2 beans (light roast) up to 6 beans (dark roast), and everything in between.
